This hotel in the peaceful village of Enges exceeded my expectations. the location was superb, situated between the picturesque lakes and just a short drive away from Neuchatel. Secondly, the attentive staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived and were always ready to go the extra mile. Lastly, I was impressed by the attention to detail in the well-maintained rooms on the second floor, with their comfortable beds and crisp sheets. Additionally, the delicious breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices to start the day off right.

Great location close to beautiful scenery and friendly restaurant with plenty of parking available. The TV in the room was huge and the staff were hospitable, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we had a lovely sun terrace to enjoy the sunshine.
Breakfast was limited and paid separately, and the restaurant was closed on Sundays and Mondays with limited options nearby. We arrived on a Sunday, and they did not inform us about their closure and we had to wait at the door. The bath in the private bathroom attached to the room was high to climb in and not convenient for people with physical complaints. There was no wifi service in the room, and we wished there were tea/coffee making facilities provided.

The surroundings were beautiful and out in the countryside, making for a peaceful and quiet stay. the rooms were very clean and spacious with excellent bathrooms. the food in the hotel restaurant was superb and the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome even with our pet.
The service in the restaurant was incredibly slow and the waiting staff seemed apologetic but unable to remedy the situation, which was frustrating. Our experience was further dampened by the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the fact that the hotel was too far from other restaurants in the area, making it difficult to find dinner options.

The hotel is located just outside the village in a beautiful countryside between two lakes. the room was spacious and clean with modern fittings. the bathroom was exceptional and well equipped. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was abundant with fresh fruit, croissants, and good coffee. the hotel restaurant served high-quality food, and the junior suite had a shared terrace with comfortable chairs and a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The hotel's location was a little far from Neuchâtel, making it less convenient for those who want to go out locally in the evenings.
